Manufacturing Facility

MAGMA Industries Limited sprawls across 10 production blocks having more then 800 KL capacity with in which 4 blocks are dedicated towards final API and rest for the Intermediates. All the blocks are equipped with the different kind of equipment as per the moc of the product. The facility is well equipped to manufacture quality products while adhering to safety norms and stringent GMP compliance. The facility is flexible to manufacture various products.
The Production blocks has specialized equipment like Hydrogenator, Cryogenic Reactors, Pressure Filters etc. Along with 6 distillation columns upto the height of 100 feet.

Contract Manufacturing

Combining its expertise, capabilities and long term experience of multi-step synthesis and fractionations at high temperatures has provided MIL with an excellent position as a manufacturing partner. The capacity of these multi-purpose plant ranges from 1 up till 100s of tons.
The Company has the capability and the flexibility to manage projects that range from kgs to tons with system checks to ensure strict confidentially. MIL’s involvement can begin as early as the stabilization of process.
The Company could contribute to the project in terms of its process fine-tuning on technical, cost or environmental factors.
A technically expert team is working closely with the customer, with well-defined time frame and milestones to comprehend customers requirement and translate them in to an efficient process. In most cases, the Company would be able to provide dedicated facilities, required for specific projects.
